![]() ![]() Since it isn't, I'll just write down my experiences here in a neutral way. The gamedesign of the levels is repetitive as well, as it is always "run from enemy until you can defeat him", "defeat boss ", "defeat x enemies" or "collect x treasures" with enemies from which you know their card categories and passive skills, and which feel very replacable because of that.Īnyways, for me this game is a candidate for "neutral review" if such a thing were possible on Steam. The rhymes which were very funny at first become repetitive very fast and you won't hear much new in that regard, apart from times where you buy/find new hero classes. (I still try to finish it though, due to my completionism. Sadly that feeling stayed, and the latest game progression feels more of a chore to me. Together these things dampened my initial enjoyment of the game, since I soon had the feeling to have seen everything the game has to offer. ![]() I also realized only then how you can "only" scale skill categories up to lvl IV, and you can only have up to 2 Battle Scars (evolving only 1 time each). At that point I bought a level 3 hero, which made the game quite a breeze, since it almost played itself and won most fights in just a few turns. ![]() However, for me the game fell short somewhere in the 2nd Area. Yeah, I also think, that there are a lot of great ideas in the game, as well as visuals and sound which are very convincing in their own way. ![]()
